All charges will be itemized on your rental agreement & receipt.

The home may be used for tasteful parties and gatherings...no outside services for entertainment permitted such as dancers, etc., or house parties such as fraternity or sorority parties. ALL events & parties must be OK'd by management before. Number of guests must not exceed maximum number of renters permitted.
