Spring Break is March 15-April 15.
Memorial Day is the Friday before Memorial day to the Saturday after.
Fourth of July varies depending on what day the holiday falls on.
Labor Day is the Friday before Labor Day to the Saturday after.
Thanksgiving holiday goes from 2nd Friday of November to 3rd Sunday of November.
Christmas is December 18-January 1st.
The home may be used for tasteful parties and gatherings...no outside services for entertainment permitted such as dancers, etc., or house parties such as fraternity or sorority parties. ALL events & parties must be OK' d by management before. Number of guests must not exceed maximum number of renters permitted.
***In the event that there are gaps between nightly minimums, those dates may be rented outside the minimum nightly requirement at the weekend rate...seasonal rates would apply.. We do this year-round!. Please check our calendar for availability, call or email us and we'll help you slide into a spot without staying for our "2 to 5 night minimum" requirements!
*$500.00 Security Deposit will be returned to tenant within 30 days of departure date if home is left in good standing upon departure inspection.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date all monies minus a 10% transaction fee will be refunded (10% of Total Balance Due). If less than 30 days prior to check-in date the $500.00 security deposit, plus a 10% transaction fee (10% of Total Balance Due) will be automatically deducted from refund; the additional monies will be refunded to tenant within 30 days of original check-out date listed on contract.
